I developed a market entry strategy, focusing on sustainability and aligning with luxury hotels. Within two years, Eloura established a presence in seven countries, secured over 100 luxury hotel clients, and generated over $6 million USD in annual revenue. By leveraging advanced CRM and eCommerce systems, I improved operational efficiency by 30%.

Executive Mission:

Led and supported strategic partnerships with major hotel groups and contributed to the development of eco-friendly, cost-effective hotel amenity programs.

Drove and led initiatives that resulted in over USD $10M in revenue growth during a five-year international expansion phase.

 

Scaled teams from 2 to 40+ staff to support regional growth and operational delivery.

 

Led the negotiation and execution of 40+ luxury hotel contracts, including partnerships with Pan Pacific and Oakwood, across Asia-Pacific and North America.

Execution:

Leveraged industry connections and strong negotiation skills to introduce new luxury brands.

Secured over 40 luxury hotel contracts, generating approximately USD $5 million in new revenue within two years.
